Registered

2.18pm. First job over and done with. Left my room at 2pm, and ran into Martin Heinrich, who is in the room next door. He's also done SXR208, and I believe he read my blog for it. Nice to see a familiar face. Thirty seconds later I ran into Dave Dennis. With a shaved head and a goatee he is instantly recognisable. Very likeable too, after a minute of chatting it was clear he's a sound guy. He's only had to come from Leeds.

Walked over to reception and registered. I'm fairly sure that Gemma, one of the two ladies registering people, was here last time, but I couldn't be sure. Paul would remember.

We have to be back at reception for 4pm for the initial briefing, so between now and then, I am my own boss. Just loading a few photos to Facebook, then I will unpack the rest of my suitcase, and determine whether the bed is any more or less uncomfortable than the last one I slept in at Grey!
