Still waiting

Still no luck with the OU on finding a place on the final residential week. However, when I rang them today for my daily conversation, I was transferred without asking to the residential schools team. I explained the problem - again - and I was asked if I wanted to go on the waiting list. I explained that I believed I was already on it. I asked out of curiosity whether there are lots of people ahead of me on the list.

"No," came the reply, "you are the first person on the list."

This is encouraging, because I definitely wasn't the first person on the list when I was put on it to begin with. I am hopeful that I may yet get a place within a couple of weeks. More soon.
