Booking opens on Friday

I had an email from the Open University yesterday, telling me that booking opens this friday. It will be a relief to get this course booked and my place on the residential week that I want confirmed.

There is quite a low limit on the number of places available for each week, I gather it is about 250. That may sound a lot but when you think of how many thousands of science faculty students there are, it is no wonder that some people lose out.

That also means that I will have to have my vouchers handy, so that I can pay the course fee there and then. Saves all that mucking about with paperwork and student budget accounts.
